CO2 SATURATORS (carbonators)
Our carbonators allow you to saturate any drink contained in bottles or kegs with carbon dioxide
Bottle carbonator 'Ribagas'
Ribagas are manual tilting saturators that inject CO2 gas into the liquid contained in bottles
The bottles to be saturated, filled beforehand with the drink, are positioned without caps on the appropriate slot provided in the machine. A first 180° rotation makes the liquid flow out of the bottle and collect inside the carbonation sphere where saturation occurs with the CO2 introduced into the sphere at a pressure not exceeding 3 bar.
The subsequent rotation brings the liquid back into the bottle which at this point is ready to be capped.
Product Description
Cycle: Saturation is typically obtained already on the first rotation but if greater carbonation is desired, simply proceed with a second rotation.
Temperature: To maximize the absorption of CO2, it is necessary to work with bottles at low temperatures (the colder the liquid, the greater the solubility of the gas).

CARBONATOR FOR KEGS
The system is designed for CO2 saturation in still wines contained in standard kegs with bayonet connection. The process takes place via a recirculation circuit: the pump takes the wine from the keg and conveys it into a speculum equipped with a porous stainless steel candle. Inside the specola, carbon dioxide is injected into the wine flow in the form of micro-bubbles, ensuring homogeneous and persistent carbonation.
Product Description
Cycle Time: Optimal saturation is typically achieved in just 10 minutes of recirculation. Temperature: To maximize the absorption of CO2, it is essential to operate with low temperature kegs (the colder the wine, the greater the solubility of the gas). Maintenance: Once the process is finished, the pressure inside the keg preserves the carbonation until the final dispensing.

PREHEATED PRESSURE REGULATOR
Preheated pressure reducers are mainly used to handle gases that tend to freeze or form ice crystals during expansion, due to the Joule-Thomson effect.
Product Description
When the withdrawal of gas from a cylinder or from a system is continuous and abundant, the cooling is more intense and, in these cases, the preheater serves to maintain the device at an optimal operating temperature and prevents the formation of ice which would block the internal passages and block the supply.

- Power supply: 220V
- Power consumption: 20 watts
- Maximum Operating Pressure: 4 bar
- Gas type: CO2
- Thermostat: not present
Price of the pressure reducer: € 427.00
GAS MIXER
It is a transparent speculum that contains a porous candle inside.
Product Description
The liquid is usually taken from a pressurized container (typically via a recycling pump) and circulated inside the speculum equipped with a porous stainless steel candle. Inside the specola, carbon dioxide is injected into the wine flow in the form of micro-bubbles, ensuring homogeneous and persistent carbonation.
- Material: entirely in stainless steel
- Maximum Operating Pressure: 6 bar
- Injection System: Porous candle with 20 micron microholes
- Connections: male 1"gas or Garolla 40 or 50 according to requests
- Pressure reducer not supplied
