Various types of liter counters are available for use with food liquids or even liquids characterized by high aggressiveness.

Stainless steel body (316) with non-toxic plastic conveyors. It is the most suitable for measuring food liquids in general or corrosive or aggressive chemical liquids. It resists high pressures and temperatures up to 70 degrees.
GAS male/male threaded connections. Applicable to any type of pipe, it can also work by simple gravity.
OPERATING PRINCIPLE: the axial turbine with which these liter counters are equipped generates, during rotation, electromagnetic pulses captured by the PF5 display which must be combined with the liter counter allowing the counting and display of the data.

The PF5 digital display is equipped with a sensor that is screwed directly onto the body of the liter counter, however a version is also available in which the display (without sensor) can be installed remotely up to 4 meters away via an extension cable equipped with a sensor.
Accuracy ± 1%.
It can be calibrated to count any type of liquid even of low/medium density as long as it is free of solid parts. Calibration is done directly on the display keyboard
Power is supplied by a normal 9 volt alkaline battery.
As an alternative to the PF5 display, if you need to create a complete dosing system, the PF4Plus display visible on the left can be used on all types of liter counters, both stainless steel and nylon; in this case it is necessary to use a sensor which is screwed onto the body of the liter counter and then connected via a cable to the PF4Plus display. This type of display, unlike the PF5, has a 12VDC 10A output through which it is possible to drive a power relay to which any electrical device such as a solenoid valve or an electric pump can be connected. The setting of the quantity of liquid to be dispensed is carried out directly on the keyboard and pressing the "start"button on the display closes a circuit that supplies an output voltage of 12 Vdc which can directly drive a 12Vdc solenoid valve or a 12Vdc relay (dry contact) in turn connected to any user such as an electric pump or a solenoid valve. When the set quantity is reached, the circuit returns to zero volts, thus stopping the device that regulates the flow.

Backlit display for flow and velocity readings Liquid measurement and reading system; measures flow, speed and controls the 12 Vdc motorized solenoid valve if necessary. The Orione liter counters are available in different versions with flow rates from a minimum of 0.5 l/min to a maximum of 600 l/min. as visible in the table above. The maximum pressure is 20 or 40 bar. It can drive a stop solenoid valve or an electric pump via the pump stop module (optional dry contact relay); just set the quantity of liters to be dispensed on the display and press the Start button and the relay closes, starting the electric user. When the set quantity is reached, the relay opens again, stopping the power supply to the electric pump and/or the solenoid valve.
Complete dosing group
The pump is controlled directly from the PF4 Plus display so simply set the quantity you want to dispense on the display and press the START button; the electric pump starts and stops when the set liters are reached.
