THE SYSTEMS TO DREW THE COLD WINE:

THE "COIL PREMIXER SYSTEM" FOR DRAFT WINE, BEER, ETC.

For wine, beer, etc. The drink gets cooled passing through the stainless steel coils immersed in the ice-cold water.

To select the suitable machine consider:

1. The machines over-bench (or PRE-MIX) has the taps and lean simply, only connecting the hoses to the drinks; the machines under-bench needs a tower with taps fixed to the bench and the hoses passing through it. 
2. The drinks arrive to the pre-mix (or to the keg) pushed by the gas (N or CO2) or by some pumps if the wine is in demijohns. 
3. To choose the model over-bench specifying also the number of taps and the power (HP): that is important because the machine creates an ice pack that thaws crossing the wine in about two hours, if it is little (the catalogue specifies the litres an hour). 
4. Some fittings are necessary for pre-mixes: kegs, pumps, tapping heads, pressure reducing valves, etc.
5. All the pre-mixes need periodical maintenance to clean the coils. 
6. The model PM MINI is little and useful only to give wine in glasses (3-5 litres an hour).
